Message from Linda Noland….
 

Over thirty years ago, my mother, Marilyn Stone, founded the firm that was to become A-1 Recruitment Services.  She built the business on the principles of integrity, honesty, and respect and it grew by developing long lasting relationships based on listening to, and meeting the needs of both clients and candidates.

In January 1997,  I joined her.  The firm began to specialize in the placement of senior executives in the banking industry, and I became responsible for developing and managing this market segment.  

I am delighted that my son, Josh Noland has joined me to continue our family tradition.

In recognition of the success we’ve achieved, and as a tribute to the vision of our founder, we have changed our name to Stone & Associates Executive Search. 
 
Stone & Associates is an executive search firm that will continue to focus on banking with a strong focus in Treasury Management, Deposit Payment and Solutions, Commercial Banking and Private Banking.

Our searches are conducted on a retained or contingency basis locally, regionally and nationally. As we continue to grow, we will follow the values set by my mother;  building long lasting relationships  by listening  to the needs of both clients and candidates.
